Grief Counseling Grief Counseling Events
The loss of a loved one is the beginning of a difficult journey – one in which we search for meaning, learn to cope, and navigate the healing process. After a loss, grief support groups for both adults and children (ages 5-to-18) offer an opportunity to share feelings and connect with others who are on a similar journey of loss.
Grief Counseling Support
Support groups, led by the Hospice of the Piedmont and Hospice of Randolph bereavement team, provide a safe, supportive environment where concerns, fears, and questions can be discussed. We have helped thousands of people cope with the sadness and depression that frequently accompany the loss of a family member or close friend.
Grief support is available to the families of hospice patients, as well as anyone in the community who has suffered a loss. All services are offered free of charge.
In addition, Seasons bereavement newsletters are filled with helpful information, suggestions and inspirational guidance for the grief journey. These newsletters focus on the initial 13 months following a loss and are available to the general public. To receive the Seasons newsletters via email, please sign up here.
